Today we have a little “This or That”

I combined the Mixed Florals with the Bloom Impressions.  The FREE Saleabration paper has so many fun color options in it.

One of these cards is watercolored with Inks, the other with Blends.

See them in today’s tutorial.

The original design was done with watercolor.  I have been on bit of a watercolor kick lately!  I love to get lost in the coloring.

BUT – it does take a bit longer to do AND the Fluid 100 paper has a slight off white tone to it.

You have a ton of control over the colors and it gives a beautiful end result.  When it came time to film the card I realized I didn’t have the time it would take.

This week has included filming, editing, uploading and sending all TEN tutorials for Try It, the Try It PDF, cutting and packing up my January Card Club, in person Stamp Camp and a team meeting!  To make the card go more quickly, I switched to Blends

I also changed the sheet of Bloom Impressions (so the greens are different, Spruce as opposed to Coastal Cabana).

It made a bigger difference than I thought it might.  Both are equally beautiful!  Which do you prefer?

Notice the switch up of the ribbon and embellishments as well.

Now….off to get the finishing touches done on my oh, so busy week!
