Artisan Sketched Garden With Stampin’ Up! Shimmer Brush: Lovely AND Easy!

Ready for the Holiday weekend? Today’s card features Artisan Sketched Garden and some fun uses of any scrap paper you may have lying around. You can pull this card together in mere minutes!

Right now I am loving the Peaceful Pine and Hydrangea Hue combo!

This was also a chance to use my Shimmer Brushes after they had sat a few days after being primed. I was glad to see that they needed no additional squeezing for the ink to come out.

I have found that it helps to lightly shake them before a new use. You can see the shimmer in the tube and you want to make sure that it is coming out with your color.

The Artisan Sketched Gallery paper is not part of a suite. It’s a fabulous mix of black and white in patterns and flowers. Adding customized color is so simple. You can color with Blends, Shimmer, Ink Pads – even daubers or Blending Brushes. All will give a different look depending on what you want the end design to be.
