See My Swap Cards + Stampin’ Up! New Foil Tips!

Ready for some fun seasonal cards?! I got together with my demonstrator besties a few days ago and we did shoebox swaps. Unfamiliar with the term? That’s when you design a card, pack up everything to make it. Everyone makes yours and then you make all the ones from your friends. So much fun. We usually do 2 designs each….you have seen mine, so let’s take a look at all the other fabulous designs!
I don’t know if you are like me, but often when stamping with friends there is chatting, eating, laughing, even crying. It truly is a modern sewing bee environment. Unfortunately that means it’s easy to mess up while crafting! You can see the hot mess card I made….but it was such as pretty card I needed to remake it!
You can see me do that with the Buffalo Check and the Graceful Evergreen Deer bundle.
It looks so much better now and I give you the tips to avoid some of the mistakes I made!
Here are some of the other cards.

Let’s take a look at the fall themed first. Here is a watercolor panel using Sunflower Fields and another fun fold with copper foil accents.

Next is a foil bundle – Lustrous Leaves. This bundle has masks to color in your leaves. It also uses the August Product of the Month. That paper is stunning, if you have not yet added to an order do so soon before it’s gone.

These 2 Christmas ones use Woodland Wishes.

This first snowscape card has a background of a new satin embossed paper. Over the top of it we used the Opal foil and the Starry Night Foil die. Check out the super cute use of the embellishments.

This Woodland Wishes is combined with the new foil die Framed and Fabulous. The inside easel stand has new papers as well.

Finally we have the one that was messed up in more ways than one… lol. The Buffalo check foil die is stunning. It’s used here with Opal foil on Mellow Moss. The Graceful Evergreen Deer are where the stamp and the deer die are from. It’s hard to photograph the foil. Here the frame is in red foil and the deer are in gold.

There are just TWO days left to register for the Try It Class if you want a mailed packet. Opening later today is the virtual only option for Try It. I will also have Card Club add ons up later today and Foil Club by Monday.
