This is a fun frosty winter or pretty spring wedding or birthday card.

The shimmery white cardstock, the shimmer paint and the tulle ribbon all add together for a soft feminine look.

The watercolor technique is a simple one using the ink pads, a dry stella brush and shimmer paint.

The tutorial video will show you all you need to know to become a master at the technique – it’s really super simple!
