Oh my goodness…. So MUCH going on (and that stack of things I still intend to create tutorials for just feels like it is going to be interrupted AGAIN…do I stick to the plan or use some of the things they have thrown our way unexpectedly???)

At least I saved filming today’s card til I saw what February held (they keep us in the dark til the 1st, for us planners it is most certainly not ideal). But the video will give you a quick walkthrough…although it is past noon and I am now far behind schedule.

BUT -today’s card is worth the wait. So pretty!!

If you have not colored with Stella…what are you waiting for? You just can’t capture the beauty of it on camera….but here is an attempt!

I first attempted to use this month’s Club paper….but I wanted to do a Scotch Thistle and when I googled images for colors – this is what I got:

and those colors where NOT in this month’s paper. I did, however, use one of the specialty papers in the overall suite for this month.

Anytime you are using flower images, search images online for inspiration for colors! It will help you pull them together with ease.

The Textured Shimmer paper adds a perfect backdrop for the Thistle bouquet, don’t you think?
